Abstract

Women continue to break barriers in leadership, entrepreneurship, and innovation, yet many still struggle with an invisible challenge that limits their impact: the internal stories they carry about themselves. While external barriers often receive attention, limiting narratives rooted in experiences of rejection, self-doubt, feeling overlooked, or questioning one's value frequently shape how women lead, communicate, and pursue opportunities.

This presentation introduces a transformational approach to leadership and empowerment through storytelling and identity reconstruction. Drawing from lived experience, coaching principles, and practical storytelling strategies, the session explores how the narratives individuals create around their experiences influence confidence, decision-making, communication, and visibility.

Using the R.E.C.L.A.I.M.™ framework, participants will learn a structured process to recognize limiting narratives, reframe experiences, and intentionally use their voice as a leadership tool. Through practical exercises and real-world examples, attendees will discover how storytelling can move beyond personal expression and become a catalyst for professional growth, influence, and social impact.

The objective of this session is to provide women with actionable tools to strengthen leadership presence, improve communication, and create authentic connections in both personal and professional spaces. Participants will leave with a renewed understanding that leadership does not begin with titles or credentials; it begins with identity and the stories we choose to believe and communicate.
