Biography

Ilma Vallee is a female veteran, pilot, mountaineer, and motivational speaker with a passion for empowering others. A graduate of the Air Force Academy and former aircraft commander, she now leads Don't Ration Passion LLC, providing leadership coaching, motivational talks, and transformational programs.

Abstract

This workshop explores the transformative intersection of women, power, and leadership, empowering participants to embrace their innate strength and cultivate authentic influence. Through engaging discussions, strategic insights, and practical tools, attendees will learn how to navigate and

harness their unique leadership styles, overcome barriers, and amplify their impact in various spheres personal, professional, and community.

We'll address key questions such as:

• How can women leverage their unique strengths to lead effectively?

• What strategies can help overcome systemic barriers and biases?

• How can personal brand and voice enhance leadership presence?

Activities include interactive exercises, case studies, and group discussions. Participants will leave with actionable steps to reclaim their power, elevate their voices, and foster meaningful change in
