Abstract

In a world that consistently underestimates women — particularly women of color, women navigating health challenges, and women building businesses outside traditional structures — the greatest act of leadership is showing up fully crowned.

This keynote draws from Trena J. Myers’ proprietary Legacy Authority Architect™ framework and more than 30 years of experience in brand strategy, organizational development, and entrepreneurial leadership to present a compelling case for purpose-driven authority as the most powerful economic tool available to women today.

Participants will explore three core pillars:

1. Crown Clarity™ — Knowing Who You Are Before the Room Does Women who lead from a defined sense of identity command rooms, close deals, and build movements. This section examines how personal brand clarity translates directly into economic positioning, client attraction, and organizational influence.

2. Presence as StrategyThe Economics of Being Seen Drawing from real-world case studies and Myers’ own journey as a rare disease advocate, nonprofit founder, and fractional CMO, this section challenges the myth that visibility is vanity. Presence is strategy. Being seen is a business decision.

3. Legacy Over LegacyBuilding Authority That Outlasts the Title The most economically empowered women are not those with the most credentials — they are those who have built systems, communities, and frameworks that operate beyond their personal bandwidth. This section introduces the Signature Legacy Framework™ as a model for sustainable authority and generational impact.
