Abstract

The subject of the presentation is an extremely important issue from the border of inheritance and family law. Although many European laws regulate the statutory inheritance of spouses after each other, the issue of inheritance between fiancées is usually omitted. This omission creates many practical problems that the surviving fiancé must deal with. The aim of the presentation will be to present the institution of the fiancée's inheritance after her future spouse.
