Kim Meninger, a keynote speaker, leadership coach and consultant, helps women lead with greater confidence and steadiness under pressure. Kim focuses on the internal dynamics that shape how women show up at work, including emotional regulation, self-trust and sustainable performance. She supports women leaders in moving beyond reactivity so they can perform with greater confidence, consistency and courage.
Kim previously held leadership positions at EMC and Monster. She holds a BA in psychology and an MBA from Boston College. She is also an ICF Professional Certified Coach. Kim hosts the Impostor Syndrome Files podcast and leads a weekly Leading Humans discussion forum.
In today’s climate, women are struggling to show up at their best. Under stress, we default to reactive patterns, including overthinking, over-functioning or overcompensating. These instinctive reactions undermine confidence, heighten self-doubt and weaken performance.
What women need are tools to manage themselves under constant pressure so they can perform with greater confidence, consistency and courage. This session introduces the LEADS framework, an actionable system to help leaders quickly shift from reaction to intentionality in the moments that matter most.
